PRICING AND VAT

All prices stated are in UK pounds Sterling and are currenly VAT free. All error and omissions accepted. Prices displayed do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on at checkout. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping costs and are based on UK shipping only. We DO NOT SHIP internationally. Prices are subject to change at any time.

PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If your issuing bank declines your credit or Debit card, either before or after the despatch of goods, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have been despatched we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days.

In the event that any amounts become due (missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

DESPATCH AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

UK Delivery is via courier either Yodel, Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on what products have been purchased, all deliveries are on a 2 - 3 day service.

Orders must be placed before 12 midday for same day processing and the above 2 - 3 day delivery service.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all delivery times quoted are for working days (i.e. Monday-Friday & excluding bank holidays)

We have subsidised the cost of Delivery.

If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order due to stock issues or other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative product.

Please note that unless otherwise stated air tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order or to check the status of your order please email us on shop@aceairsoft.co.uk

LIABILITY

Our delivery liability is reflected in the terms and conditions that our carriers us and is limited to postage refund only.

Please Note: Ace Group cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies.

RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS

We recommend the use of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return products to us. This provides a method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. However no responsibility or refund can be made for items that are lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will only accept returned products that have been authorized for return by us in writing. When Returning your product please include the return reference number, full details of the fault, your full contact details.

Ordering Errors (Your fault). In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, get in touch with us before they are picked or dispatched, otherwise returns carry a 50% restocking charge (50% of rrp of goods plus any carriage costs).

Picking Errors (Our fault). In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect what you ordered, please accept our immediate apologies and allow us to correct the situation. Please contact us on shop@aceairsoft.co.uk so that we can arrange for the correct products to be sent to you.

Picking Errors (Manufacturer Fault). If you suspect that your pre-packaged goods have missing or incorrect items please contact us on shop@aceairsoft.co.uk

Damaged in Transit .;If you suspect your product to have been damaged in transit please contact us on shop@aceairsoft.co.uk so that we can arrange a replacement.

Warranty Repair. If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please contact us on shop@aceairsoft.co.uk to arrange a warranty repair.

Non-Faulty Goods. Under the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return your goods at your own cost for a full refund on the product price only - refunds exclude carriage costs, you will need to notify us within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods by post at the address below. You will need a returns authorisation number from us prior to sending any items back to us.

HANDLING COMPLAINTS

We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner. We endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days but also to have it fully resolved.

WEBSITE ACCURACY

Our Software Developers and Product Managers work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Pictures of products are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.

TELEPHONE ORDERING

At present we cannot take orders or payment for orders over the telehone..

GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT INFORMATION

No contract will exist between you and Ace Group for the sale of any product unless and until your order has been shipped and until then the right is reserved to decline your order. These contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If any part of our terms and conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.

DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Group is providing its web sites and contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to its web sites or its contents including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Except as specifically stated on its web sites, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Ace Group nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its' web sites. This is a comprehensive data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, Ace Group does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives. These Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
